p5.js application should stay open if last window is closed

I'm not sure! How important do you think this is?

I noticed this when I was working with many examples I wanted to demo. I'd close one and then the app would immediately exit and I'd have to reopen p5 before opening the example. This is also how Processing works (editor stays open) and others like Sublime, so it might be nice to mirror that.
