[FEAT] Demo time/frequency monitoring: use the same color for stroke and fill on overlays

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, the stroke colors is black, and as there is no padding, the visibility of the overlay text is not optimal.

Describe the solution you'd like Change the configuration to have the same color for fill and stroke. This is what we have done in the image of the README of the R package
