[BUG] NullPointerException when csv edge from/to id references unknown id in node

Describe the bug See #91 We have a NPE without explanation, making the debugging very hard to to.

Expected behavior Decide if we want to silently ignore the unknown ids, or consider as an error. If we decide to throw an Exception, we should provide context for the end user.
