Stalebot closing issues it shouldn't

In the past few days, we've noticed Stalebot closing multiple issues that did not have the stale label. In each case, Stalebot had flagged the issue, but one of our users had commented on the issue, causing the label to be removed. My understanding is that this should prevent the issue from being closed.

Is this still relevant? If so, what is blocking it? Is there anything you can do to help move it forward?
