Would creating a xlib emulator be better

The thing is pipewire and portals all ready exist but may be hard to use so for the things that can be done with wayland but require a shift in how a program works could be abstracted with a xlib emulator. And with the protocols that exist out of the way more focus can be put on protocols that don't exist.
