Add option -runtime

Using the -runtime option to specify the runtime file path is more friendly to developers in offline development environments and poor network environments.

Getting /usr/include/c++/5/bits/move.h:185: error: undefined reference to 'qtLibfix - did I break it? Sorry!

It seems that qtLibfix is undefined. Is there anything I can do?
