Init in Octave

Thanks so much for supporting Octave.

Indicate that you will have to do this for Octave 3.8.1 on Ubuntu 14.04.

octave:1> initPmtk3Octave

And don't make the mistake to use run.

octave:1> run initPmtk3Octave
octave:2> initPmtk3Octave
error: initPmtk3Octave: A(I): index out of bounds; value 1 out of bound 0

error:   initPmtk3Octave at line 6, column 1

An update in the docs is probably appreciated by future octave-using people.
