Hi :)

Please let me know if this/part of this issue should be moved to probe-rs/hs-probe.

I see there is a nice comparison table in the README, however probe-rs/hs-probe is missing. What is the difference between that and rusty-probe? I see USB 2.0 High-speed, might be 5V tolerant from what I can tell from a quick glance(?). What is the max speed, etc?

Now that the part shortage problems have calmed down(from my experience at least), are there any reason not to pick the hs-probe?
