OPCs with changed surface names are not found with Locate Surface

Now surface names as per file name are more or less unique. The surface list shall present these names and keep them unchanged. It shall be possible to assign a name in the properties page to be shown in a tooltip or similar (nice-to-have) Reason: Generation date is coded in name.

Won't fix ... disable renaming of surface. Probably think of different issue to give surfaces a label.

after discussing this a bit again: one viable approach would be to add an additional "name" for surfaces like Human Readable Name, or "Nickname". would be quite small change.
