Unnecessary Scroll Bars in Text Areas

Description Scrollbars appear in the text areas of the property window, even though they are not needed. This seems to be an issue with higher resolution monitors and monitors with a higher scale preference in their display settings.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set the 'scale' in your system display settings to >= 125%
2. Create new 'Class' diagram
3. Create a Class node
4. Double click on the node to bring up the Properties window
5. See the scroll bars on the empty text areas
