On executing the script the following warning shows:

The colon separator "::" has been deprecated in favor of the at symbol "@" for separating the package from the version in dotnet new install. In your case, this means [email protected] instead of Umbraco.Templates::16.3.3.

Probably a quick fix to make and future-proof
