KCS Not working

I attempt to run this on windows 10 (think that's the issue) and it doesn't run saying "this app can't run on your pc" i was wondering if it was meant to be run on another OS.

Hi! This isn't my software - I just snagged it here so I would have it in case the original source went down, which it looks like it might have. The program is for DOS - I was running it via the DOSBox emulator pretty successfully. This tool is ancient, so emulation might be the way to go!
