Find initial operators

We should provision 2-3 servers to run an initial demonstration instance of Talek for public interaction / testing. I think 3 would be great, since 2 remains a bit of a degenerate case.

Can we use overlord at UW as one operator?

I'll volunteer to run a second, and can find a 3rd operator in germany once we settle on the GPU spec we want to standardize on for an initial deployment.
