Possibly update documentation on ML model

@atlasharry, given that you and @PattonYin re-rested the model and made some small changes, it may make sense to update our issue on the official Tensorflow conversion repo. Maybe, it can be even closed.

Also maybe we should add this point to the paper release notes and/or the known issues, https://github.com/privacy-tech-lab/privacy-pioneer?tab=readme-ov-file#11-known-issues). Maybe, the privacy-pioneer-machine-learning repo is also the better (or an additional) place to clarify this point.
