README should mention mpz limitation

The README should be updated to mention that this lib provides malicious security with 1-bit info leakage. (maybe also explain that it is leakage of a predicate with 1/2^-n probability of being detected). Also give some examples in what real world situations such 1-bit leakage would be acceptable. We want to emphasize the leakage to prevent accidental use of this lib where full malicious security is expected.
