Hey @aleksandar-veljkovic - hope you don't mind, but we are thinking of converting all of the El Gamal PRs to draft for now. We are currently undergoing some refactoring work to prepare incorporating your El Gamal work into the repo, until then I'm afraid we will not be able to review these PRs. Thank you so much for your work on this!
