Add feature for sorting with --fix

I have a lot of warnings that the ordering of entries is wrong. I'm wondering if that can't be adjusted with the --fix? Would that be a big deal to implement?

I did some experiments with that "back in the days", but yeah I fear it might be a bit too big... especially as this ordering is highly configurable with the constant DB feature. But you can try your best and come up with a PR, I'm happy to help
