AMR on postprocessed fields

I think it would be overkill to add another field type for adaptive mesh criteria. So I think allowing the postprocess loop to run if it contains a field needed for amr is a reasonable compromise.

Theoretically should work fine with #625. However, I don't think we have the function call when the remeshing frequency != output frequency.

That should be a 2-line fix though.
