Installation tutorial for Spack?

I've heard installing the software/dependencies with Spack can be really convenient, but there's currently no tutorial on the PRISMS-PF page for doing so.

I can add something for this eventually. Unfortunately I've found the spack install dealii command to be extremely unreliable in the past.

Spack installations are more so going to be along the lines of installing deal.II and corollary dependencies with spack and compiling deal.II from source.
