Prismic theme - unexpected error occurred

Whenever trying to create a new project based on this repo I get the following output:

It does not create the custom types in the dashboard (or even opens the dashboard)

I suspect this is because import/export functionality only works for a certain price-class (e.g. Medium business). I could be wrong.
