An official plug in release for JetBrains suite
Good morning,
I'm a JetBrains WebStorm user, I've started learning prisma and I know that there's an official plugin for VS Code, but no one for the JetBrains suite. there are 2 plugins but they don't suggest types and not really well maintained.
So, there's any chance to ask for an official plugin for the JetBrains suite? Is a big suite and used for an important quantity of users.
Thanks in advance!
I'm willing to put work on this with some help.
@bigjoky for now you can create a FileWatcher for prisma format.
You would have the support of all these people: https://github.com/prisma/prisma/issues/1788 (note 👍 reactions and comments)
For us here at Prisma the problem is that we just do not have the capacity right now to focus on this, and figure out what is actually needed for Jetbrains products besides https://www.prisma.io/docs/guides/development-environment/editor-setup#jetbrains-ide and how to build that.
A great first step to help out would be to identify which features are still missing and which one could easily be supported in Jetbrains. Then we will try to help out any way we can.
Thank you so much for your support @muratbeser and @janpio
Hello! 😃
@janpio Any news? Many developers are interested in the appearance of the Prisma plugin for JetBrains products.
We need it!
My question and suggestion from above still stands:

@janpio existing plugins don't work, ex: https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/14240-prisma

And missing features:
- Autocomplete
- Detect errors in syntax
