Exclude TOC items from page

@janpio: Can we somehow exclude specific headline from the ToC on the right side? I the attached screenshot npm, yarn, pnpm are on the same level as the CLI commands. The CLI commands of course need to be listed - but npm, yarn, pnpm are not very useful, especially not twice, both for "Installation" and "Usage". I think we should get rid of them but keep the CLI commands.
