First of all, thanks for this tool, it works like a charm! The only issue I found is that I think it is dangerous behaviour that the flag `-o`/`--output-dir` deletes...

The new (v2.5.0) function `empymod.dipole.ip_and_q` should work fine, but it is not well tested. One thing it does is use the direct field of `ab=66`, if `ab=[46,64]`, as those fields...

Any kind of loops (including central loops as a special case) are possible in empymod, but not trivial, and I get a lot of questions. Hence, it should be better...
