Create FAT framework for macOS

With new M1 arm-based Macs, we need to support arm64 as well as Intel architectures for macOS.

Please rebuild macOS framework for both architectures

Hello, we don't have the new devices with M1 yet, we are waiting for devices with more RAM, but you can try our xcframework version we have released now (using SPM).
