scale mask ratio

https://github.com/princeton-vl/RAFT-Stereo/blob/f1fa15abd34187d101806f65b813f4d9d6f93ab0/core/update.py#L137. Is the scale mask ratio 0.25 set because of the downsampling ratio of raft-stereo is 0.25？If the answer is yes, the ratio should be 0.125 for raftstereo-realtime.
