Display an error, when friend is already added.

Describe the bug Currently user can send friend request again to a friend, who is already a friend.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make a friend using connect to user feature.
2. Again go to connect to user modal, and send friend request.
3. A green border, and button gets enabled, means user can send friend request.

Expected behavior A message should be displayed that, a user is already a friends list.

@princekhunt Sorry. I am a bit busy at the moment so if anyone wants to solve the issue please assign it to him. Else I will continue working on it but would take time
