Every command errors with no output

I've tried installing the latest version of mancy as well as npm i -g mancy and cloning and installing.

Every single command I type just errors silently and doesn't seem to output anywhere yet it marks each one as an error.

Is there something I'm doing wrong?

System Specs:

• Windows 10 x64
• node 6.9.4

I met the same issue on Windows. However, almost 3 years pass...
