feat(journal): add in time dependency on parameters for both G3M and RMM

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. For all the parameters in the protocols we should describe the liquidity (L) and the PVF (V) as the parameters change so that we can properly ensure that swaps (post update) are valid.
