UX improvement for bidders

Mev-commit providers already cache deposit amounts w.r.t bidders, allowing the provider to track deposits realtime before on-chain settlement happens, preventing a provider from over-committing to bids that the bidder won't be able to pay for. This logic is implemented in deposit.go.

We can enable a similar feature on the bidder side, in which a bidder's mev-commit node caches realtime deposits according to bids sent and preconfs received. This would be a UX improvement for bidders in that we could give immediate feedback to the user akin to "this bid is likely not worth sending, as you won't have the funds to cover it"
