Add symbiotic middleware support for `OperatorNetworkSpecificDelegator`

Our symbiotic middleware contract was designed and audited before the OperatorNetworkSpecificDelegator type existed. Now that it exists, we should support it in our middleware. This change will require a contract upgrade on mainnet
