Dedicated build/deploy machine for prod l1 contract deployments

Production L1 deployments could utilize ansible and a dedicated machine for building the contracts, and deploying to mainnet. For now I've been building and deploying to Holesky by running forge directly on my machine. Luckily ownership of the contracts is transferred to a new account (multisig) at the end of deployment, so we could leave this issue unaddressed. It's a matter of deciding on best practice.
