In the screenshot, I'm unable to read the truncated text

Steps to reproduce

1. Goto any pull request on github-ui https://github.com/github/github-ui/pull/2049
2. Open the Labels dropdown
3. Search for vrt

Expected - Hover over and read the text under truncation
