Storybook: Update the logic of sorting the stories

Seems like the alphabetical ordering for the feature stories is disorienting and the react contributors were trying to find ways to hack it to group them more logically.
It would be good to update the sorting logic of stories. The easiest way might be preserve the order that the file has.
