Question: What are the hex values for the colors of the `light` & `dark` themes?

Hi Folks,

I really like these light & dark themes in VS Code and would like to use the same color palette across other apps (such as my terminal theme).

I'm not familiar with JavaScript, is there a way I can find the hex values for the colors behind these themes? I'm looking to recreate the look in my other applications.
