In Github Dark Default theme, the titlebar foreground's color is too dimmed. image Hope this can be imporved!

I assume this is on Windows? Not sure how to reproduce this on macOS, but it might will be improved by #344 .

Ok, the updated colors from https://github.com/primer/github-vscode-theme/pull/344 should now be published with version 6.3.3. Hopefully this makes a noticeable difference.
