hard for users when open jupyter notebook with dark theme

in github dark theme, when i open a jupyter notebook, i cant't see the boarders of a cell, and cant't find where to input

👋🏼 I am not familiar with Jupiter notebook but I installed the extension and tried adding a content. I see the border of the cell but I am not sure if this is what you reported? If not could you please clarify the issue?
