[Feature Request] VideoPlayer minimal variant for animations

SWP team currently has an issue to add animation videos (videos with no sound) to our templates. This type of minimal VideoPlayer can be seen on https://github.com/features/copilot.

We would like to enhance the VideoPlayer to:

1. autoplay on render
2. have only play/pause button in the lower right corner
3. ability to add alt text for accessibility

Thanks for opening this request @joshvogel17. Quick update for you:

• This will be treated as a new component entirely, separate to VideoPlayer
• VideoPlayer supports many features that aren't needed for your described use-case. E.g. Closed captions.
• It's easier for us (and more accessible) to create a separate - albeit limited - new component for rendering ambient video's. This won't support features like closed captions, or allow control over the track however.
• We'll tentatively refer to this as MinimalVideoPlayer going forward
