TabView: Show active tab with autoscroll

Describe the bug

When we put an activeIndex to the TabView and that index is not visible, it is hidden and nothing happens.

Expected behavior

When the component is mounted, you should check that the current tab is visible and if this is not the case, scroll to display it.
