AutoComplete: Multiple & !forceSelection

Allow the Autocomplete with multiple selection to allow for custom items. forceSelection is off by default, but doesn't apply if multiple is set to true.

Describe the solution you'd like

Maybe an option to the bottom of the list for "Add custom option " which upon clicking it, adds what the user has typed as a chip to the autocomplete.

I don't think we'd even need to verify if what the user has input is in the options list or not to show the add custom option as it's possible they want to add some text that is part of an option, but not the actual option.

It looks like MUI has it called FreeSolo Create mode too: https://mui.com/material-ui/react-autocomplete/#free-solo

Similar to what you are suggesting that it says "Add XXX" when you type in something not in the list. We should look if this is implemented in PrimeNG or PrimeVue yet.
