primeng Full support for RTL languages

Hello,

I have added RTL language support to the project. By simply adding the dir="rtl" attribute to the HTML tag, all components are fully displayed right-to-left as expected.

For complete RTL support in this project, the changes I made to the PrimeFlex and PrimeIcons projects also need to be reviewed and merged.

My goal with these changes was to contribute to the great and successful PrimeNG project, and I hope my efforts have been beneficial to you. I also sincerely thank you for your efforts in improving this valuable library.
