Add "bold, italics, underline" icons

Hey I think this issue needs to be looked at again either rescheduled or closed out if possible

Hi @o3-steven, we not planning to add these icons in 5.0.0 release after discussing it was not a priority since the only use case of these icons are for editor component. Editor component is based on Quill and it provides these icons in-house.

And, we'll not closing this issue because of the fact that things may change, since Quill is a 3rd party addition to our libraries
