Support for Full Calendar

Visually, without any support for it, the Full Calendar Plugin looks a little sad in the Primary Theme, so it would be cool if it could be added to the list of supported plugins, and match the rest of Primary's look!

Hey, I must have done something wrong with the .scss file (I've never used scss before), because the changes don't seem to work in the latest update. I made the changes in a snippet with a regular .css file and just renamed it to .scss, which might be the reason the changes don't work.

Aha!! the new full_calendar.scss was not added to the index.scss!! Files that you want Sass to be compiled to CSS must be put in an "index.scss" file of sorts. like this:

I apologize because I forgot about that too when updating. 😅 I compiled it myself and pushed an update for it :) let me know if its working! this reminds me that I will have to make a contributor's guide! thanks again 🙏 (I will keep this open because I want to see how I can improve colors/other parts of the table for it for future experiments)
