with "Readable Line Length" enabled,
on a 1800x1169 display (MacBook built-in), "Active Line Highlighting" is displaying correctly:
on a much wider 3400x1440 display, "Active Line Highlighting" is displaying incorrectly, with 2 empty sections on each side of the tab pane
