Style focused element when using keyboard tab navigation

Focused element does not look like it's styled properly when navigating with keyboard right now. Some elements also lost their visual cue.

Style it to be more coherent with the theme, and to make keyboard tab navigation usable in Primary.

Some notes:

• tabbing in Settings modal
• tabbing around sidebar elements
• tabbing around file note header, file properties
