Feature : Create a HTML5 version that works in a browser / as a hosted project

Pencil stores all its assets as a XML. We should create a Web version that allows storing the ep files in the cloud and allow browser based editing. In the future this could lead to allowing Collaborative editing, comments etc. It would be a great open source alternative to the cloud versions out there where one could host their own.
