Win32 build from Windows machine

I had an issue when trying to build from my windows 7 machine, I was getting an error saying makensis wasn't a recognised command even though I had installed NSIS on my machine. This was fixed by adding a path to the NSIS Bin folder to the Windows System Path Environment Variable. Consider updating the documentation to reflect this.
