pencil icon replace firefox icon in taskbar

When pencil addon is active (but not using it), the pencil icon take place of the firefox icon in the taskbar button.

I'm using firefox 40 on Linux Mint Debian Edition 2 (a fork of Jessie)

Same problem here (Windows 7 Enterprise 6.1.7601.18015 / FF 38.8.0 / Pencil 2.0.21.20161120) an very confusing. I have to deactivate it and restart Firefox to get the old icon.
