Image component should support a collection of source URLs

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We'd like to be able to provide multiple sizes of the same image that will render on different screen sizes (e.g. larger screens will get a higher quality image than small screens).

Describe the solution you'd like We can either implement this by using MatchMediaQuery, or with srcset, depending on which is easier to work with.
