sph-sgminer merged with veox (master at 4c64a192f7).

This is a cleaned merged version of phm's sph-sgminer (current master a683f935a4) with veox sgminer (master at 4c64a192f7).

Every coin/kernel is working. Added a few more features (poolnames, no choosen_kernel enum, etc.) all described in the commits. Most commits have been done by veox.

Just an offer.
