Empty lines added to the end of files when formatting MD files

Summary
I know this issue exists here https://github.com/prettier/prettier-vscode/issues/2472 but it's marked as not related to this plugin. However, when I disable this plugin it doesn't happen and when I enable it back it happens again.

Steps To Reproduce:
Open VSCode with Prettier installed, create a file with .md extension. Write anything on it and do a "Format document" an empty line gets added to the end of the document, do a "Format document" once again and another empty line gets added to the end (Up to 2 empty lines)
Expected result
Expected result would be to not see empty lines been added to the document.
Actual result
The files gets empty lines at the end on each format. (up to 2)
